It consists of a top and a skirt, both of which are highly customizable.  You can make the top and the skirt transparent, panties are optional.  So if you are in a naughty mood you can just leave them off.  There are 5 materials to chose from and you have a there is a plethora of colour choices for the skirt and the top which leads to an amazing amount of possible combinations.  You can buy 5 individual dresses for 250L each.  The fatpack can be yours for 1200L.
